Reseller Programs
We believe in building strong relationships with Resellers and Value Added Resellers. TBC offers two reseller programs. Resellers generate commission by referring clients directly to our products and services. Value Added Partners offer our services indirectly under private label and create enough regular business that they recieve volume discounts instead of commision. The primary difference between the two programs is defined by the average daily volume of calls processed. Resellers Any person or business may apply for a referral code which is to promote our products and services. However, you immediate goal should be at least 5,000 calls processed each week by those you have referred to us. Value Added Resellers If you already have an existing client base and would like to offer our products and services as your own or you would like to snap in our Automated On Demand engine under a private label on your website, you should consider applying to be a value added Partner. Discounts are provided based on call volume. Strategic Alliance Partners We also maintain Strategic Alliance Partnerships with other companies like Simple Simon Software. Together we pool our marketing resources, exchange banner space, and jointly develop software and services.
